If the water temperature exceeds 95℉, the heater automatically shuts off, displaying HH on the LED, and resumes normal operation when the temperature drops below 95℉.
This fully submersible aquarium heater is suitable for both freshwater and saltwater tanks. If the top part of the heater is out of water, it will automatically shut off, displaying E1 on the LED, and return to normal operation when fully submerged again.
