Because of their breeding programme, these shrimps have an amazing range of colours that will make your aquarium a visual feast. Shrimps are perfect additions to any aquatic habitat since they are classified as juveniles when they reach reproductive age and are around 1/4 to 1/2 inch in size.

In the event of any animal being dead on arrival, please follow these steps to submit your claim:

1. Take 3 clear pictures of the deceased animal in the unopened bag next to the shipping label.
2. Email us with clear descriptions of what happened to the package to help us diagnose the problem.
3. Allow us up to 24 hours to process the claim.

Once the claim is approved, a refund will be issued to you based on the number of shrimp (up to 10).

Please note that, in the following circumstances, our Live On Arrival (LOA) policy will be voided:

• The package was unsuccessfully delivered on the first attempt. We ship to the confirmed Paypal address; it is your responsibility to ensure the address is correct. Failure to deliver on the first attempt will void the LOA.
• The package is left outside for an extended period during extreme weather conditions. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided; it is your responsibility to retrieve the package as soon as it is delivered. If the package is left outside for more than 3 hours from the time of delivery, the LOA will be voided.
• The package is lost due to theft. If this occurs, please contact your local USPS to file a claim.
